Customer Should be 18 Years of Age and Above

Order Fulfilment
A V DISTRIBUTORS will take "Full Responsibility" of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any location/city, where "Private Courier Companies" (e.g. Blue Dart, FedEx, DHL etc) were used to service your Area Postcode.
Changes in Price & Stock Availability
The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of A V DISTRIBUTORS.
Order Cancellations
Request for cancellations of orders once placed on https://bombayaudio.comshall be entertained only if your order hasn't already been shipped/ despatched.
Incorrect Pricing
A V DISTRIBUTORS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The exact payment of amount paid shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
Delay or Non-Delivery
In the event of a non-delivery or late delivery due to error by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost/charges spent by A V DISTRIBUTORS for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User that placed the order.
